Aims
My aims are self-serving: a blog is a good way to generate fresh content so favoured by search engines; and it is a good and disciplined way to keep up my own writing practice, which will feed into my editing practice. Writing up notes on points of grammar, spelling and editing also forms part of my continuing professional development.
Content
I will post tips and hints and articles that will help other writers and editors. And where confidentiality allows, I will post information about projects I have worked on. And I will post short articles about any items of interest that take my fancy. Like many writers, I enjoy the thought of my work being read and used, so I hope this content will be enjoyed and used by actual people, rather than just by search engines.
