Prices

Every project is different so I prefer to edit a short sample before I quote. This will help me work out what sort of work your project requires, how much time to allocate (and, therefore, how much to charge) and it will help you decide whether my editing suits your needs. 

I base my hourly rates on those set out by the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (of which I am a Professional Member). You can view the minimum rates on the society’s website . 

I adhere to the society’s Code of Practice , which means that we will agree the fees and the delivery dates before I start work.
